Abstract

A revolution is needed. A revolution in ways of thinking, a revolution in ways of doing things, so that the future of every forest area can be built in the interests of all, without compromising its long-term potential. And this must be done according to a strategy that takes into account all relevant spatial and temporal scales, because every forest area is of both local and global interest.
